This is a simple industrial robot driven by the αSTEP AZ series. Automation is achieved by controlling it from an intuitive robot controller (sold separately). Maintenance costs can be reduced because parts such as motors and arms can be replaced by the user.

The servo motor AZX series has been added with a PROFINET compatible driver and a PS geared type 600W with reduction ratios of 10 and 25. The PROFINET compatible driver can be used to reduce wiring, and the PS geared type can be used for applications requiring higher output and torque than conventional products

A small, thin and lightweight incremental encoder. The resolution has been increased from the previous model to 14 types ranging from 100 to 4000 P/R, and an open collector output has been added to the lineup.

An Ethernet Type has been added to the compact and lightweight mini Driver. You can connect it directly to a single-board computer and use languages like Python with the host controller for speedy equipment start-up.

A compact, thin, lightweight high resolution (1,000 P/R, 2,000 P/R) incremental encoder has been newly released.

A new model equipped with an AZX Series servo motor has been added to the DGII Series. The servo motor’s drive provides high speed and high torque, making it suitable for positioning applications with a large amount of movement and for continuous operation. Since the basic operation method is the same as models equipped with the AZ Series, they can both be easily used together within the same equipment.

A 600 W output power has been added to the servo motor AZX Series standard type/PS geared type. It achieves high torque in the high speed range and shares the same basic operating methods as the AZ Series, making it easy to use in combination within the equipment.
