High Efficiency and Noise Reduction Design

High efficiency and noise reduction have been realized by developing a new motor and modifying the impeller.

High Efficiency Design

While the input is reduced by 23 % from 56 W to 43 W, the static pressure has increased by 6 % from 240 Pa to 255 Pa.

Noise Reduction Design

The maximum air flow has improved by 16 % from 4.4 m³/min to 5.1 m³/min while the noise level is the same as Oriental Motor's conventional equivalent products at 67 dB.

Easy-to-Use Shape

Realized a size and shape that are easy to use for the centrifugal blower incorporating in equipment. The exhaust outlet is also positioned at the center of the frame size.

Low Vibration Design

The optimum magnetic design and the optimum design of the rotor and impeller have resulted in lower vibration compared to Oriental Motor’s conventional equivalent products.

Long Life Design

High-performance grease is used for the bearings that affect the life of the centrifugal blower. It has achieved twice the long life of conventional products. The operating ambient temperature is -10~+60 °C.

Air Control Louvers

For spray cooling applications, use the air control louver included. Without the air control louver, the wind will flow along the exhaust outlet, and the wind will be discharged at an angle. In applications where the directional characteristics of the centrifugal blower are used, such as spray cooling, it is recommended that a wind control louver be attached to the centrifugal blower to correct the wind flow.

Easy Mounting and Flexible Mounting Direction

Mounting is easy because the centrifugal blower casing can be directly mounted.
Additionally, there is no restriction on the mounting direction, and it can be mounted in any direction preferred.

Easy Connection

The connector connection reduces the time and effort required for connection.
The capacitor^* is already installed and connected to the centrifugal blower, so simply plug in the cable with connector and connect it to the power supply.

Also, when replacing the centrifugal blower, maintenance is easy because it can be done by plugging and unplugging the connector.
