Cancellation / Change / Return Policy
Cancellation / Change of order
Cancellation /change of order will be considered if we receive the inquiry before 10 am (SGT) of the next day purchase order date (PO). Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or changes after that. Please have your order number ready when you contact us.
Oriental Motor products are Just-In-Time (JIT) manufactured, and are delivered from our Japan manufacturing facilities upon receiving your order hence due to logistical arrangements, we cannot accept cancellations once you have placed your order after the preparation period.

About replacement / Return
In the unlikely event that the product has an initial defect, is damaged during delivery, or a product different from the ordered product is delivered, we will replace it with a non-defective product. (Shipping fee will be borne by us)
In case of defects in the product, we will only replace it with a substitute product. In addition, the shipping fee for returned goods due to customer's convenience will be borne by the customer.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・ Products that have been assembled and used once
・ Only some returns and exchanges when purchasing set products
・ Products that have been scratched or damaged due to the customer's responsibility
・ Products that have been delivered for more than 3 days
